Objectives of activities carried out:
The project general aim is to foster the role of school education for the enhancement of social inclusion, through a peer to peer transnational knowledge sharing experience for a mutual understanding of religious habits and beliefs and through a critical analysis of the role played by the main monotheistic religions in history of mankind.

Project Management activities are carried out throughout the project duration. They are coordinated by the Project Coordinator organization and implemented by each partner organization in the four main activity areas:
-Coordination of the activities
-Dissemination
-Exploitation
-Evaluation
Yasar University continuously contributes to the project Management activities and reports to the Project Coordinator.
Description of activities carried out:
The following activities were carried out:
1. Identification of staff at Yaşar University
2. Signing of the partnership contract
3. Participation in Partners meetings:
-kick off meeting (Aqui Terme, IT): YU arranged logistical aspects for its participant(s), prepared a power point presentation of YU, analyzed the documents on intellectual outputs sent by the Coordinator to prepare for discussions and participated in the meeting.
-Second Partners' Meeting (Cambridge, UK): YU arranged logistical aspects for its participant(s), developed presentations of YU staff on “schools involved in Izmir” and “Example Religious Sites” and participated in the meeting.
-Third Partners' Meeting (Paris, FR): YU arranged logistical aspects for its participant(s), developed presentations of YU staff on the results achieved with the interactive didactical map and the most interesting sites identified and participated in the meeting.
-Fourth Partners' Meeting (Prato, IT): YU arranged logistical aspects for its participant(s), developed presentations of YU staff on the training course on religious traditions – Islam and participated in the meeting.
4. Identification and establishment of the local school network
5. Translation of the project brochure
6. Information and dissemination activities
7. Review of IO1 - the teachers' guide
8. Coordination of workload for IO2 & IO3
9. Financial and administrative management of the Project
10. Organization and reporting of several dissemination activities
11. Production of two best practice dissemination reports
12. Collection of 6 exploitation links
13. Testing of intellectual outputs with at least 10 teachers and preparation of the evaluation report containing the evaluations and testimonials
14. Production and uploading of project activities report forms
15. Translation of project website to Turkish
16. Presentation on “Multi-religious and multi-cultural education in Europe” during the final conference of the project on 30th May, 2019 in Prato, Italy.
Results Achieved:
The following results were achieved:
1. Partnership contract signed
2. Project staff identified and assigned
3. One staff participated in the kick-off meeting, 2 staff members participated in the 2nd partners’ meeting in Cambridge, one staff member participated in the Paris meeting and one staff member participated in the final partners meeting and final conference in Prato.
4. Local schools and teachers identified (5 schools, 20 teachers)
5. Project brochure translated into Turkish
6. Dissemination activities carried out
7. IO1 Teachers guide reviewed
8. Workload between categories of staff for IO2 and IO3 were distributed.
9. Financial and administrative reports were prepared and sent to the Coordinator.
10. 35 dissemination events as of August 2019 were organized and relevant reports were uploaded to the Portal.
11. Two Best practice dissemination report were prepared and sent to the Coordinator.
12. 6 exploitation links were compiled and sent to the Coordinator.
13. Intellectual outputs were tested with the participation of 10 teachers and evaluation report was prepared and sent to the Coordinator.
14. All project activity report forms were prepared and uploaded to the platform.
15. Project website was translated to Turkish.
16. Presentation on “Multi-religious and multi-cultural education in Europe” during the final conference of the project on 30th May, 2019 in Prato, Italy was prepared and delivered.
