Objectives of activities carried out:PM aims to insure the smooth implementation of the project and development of IOs and activities as per the agreed calendar.
Description of activities carried out:FDCBPCS has followed the instructions of the coordinating institution Pixel with regard to the organization of the work process under the project. Furthermore FDCBPC has organized an information campaign among Bulgarian schools in order to include the necessary number of teachers, students and schools in the project.
Results Achieved:So far the following results were achieved:
1. Contract between FDCBPCS and CIPAT signed.
2. Participation of a representative of the Foundation at all partnership meetings.
3. Participation in the evaluation process of the organization of all partnership meetings.
4. Tasks and duties between FDCBPCS's team members distributed for the project implementation period.
5. Schools contacted and gathered the necessary number of beneficiaries.
6. Progress report for the project developed and sent to the coordinating institution.
7. Activity report forms updated for the first year of the project.
8. Dissemination report forms updated for the first year of the project - 30 dissemination events held so far.
